华隆机械HLFG-600 全自动仿型栏杆机，是一款石材加工厂用于各种栏杆造型的加工设备，如石材宝瓶柱、小型楼梯栏杆、小型装饰石柱的轮廓仿形加工。本机可进行1-2个工件同时加工，提升加工厂栏杆的加工效率。

全自动仿型栏杆机适用于加工花岗岩、大理石、人造石等天然石材。依靠模板仿形，自动将石材原料切削成型为栏杆外形。操作简单，运行稳定，成品复刻精度高，适合楼梯栏杆大批量生产。

设备特点

1. 单 / 双工件两种加工模式，可加工 1 根最大直径 Φ600mm 大宝瓶柱，或者同时加工 2 根最大 Φ280mm 的小型宝瓶柱，提升产能。

2. 自动模板仿形切削系统，依照模板轮廓自动仿形，设定模板后，所有成品栏杆外形统一，减少人工干预。

3. 稳固机身，刚性强，抗震性能好，切削平稳。

4. 主电机功率 7.5–15kw，可根据石材硬度、切削负载灵活选用。

Hualong Machinery HLFG-600 Full Automatic Railing Profiling Machine is specially designed for stone factories to shape different railings. It performs contour profiling for stone balusters, small stair railings and decorative stone posts. Capable of processing one or two workpieces at the same time, it greatly boosts your productivity for railing production.

The full automatic railing profiling machine is suitable for processing natural stones such as granite, marble and engineered stone. It adopts template profiling technology to automatically cut stone blanks into railing profiles. Featuring simple operation, stable running and high replication accuracy of finished products, it is ideal for mass production of stair railings.

Features

Two processing modes: single or double workpieces. It can machine one large baluster with a maximum diameter of Φ600 mm, or two small balusters up to Φ280 mm each simultaneously to increase production capacity.

Equipped with an automatic template profiling cutting system. It profiles automatically according to the template contour. Once the template is set, all finished railings maintain uniform shapes and less manual intervention is required.

Sturdy machine frame with high rigidity and good shock resistance, ensuring smooth cutting.

The main motor power ranges from 7.5 to 15 kw, which can be flexibly selected according to stone hardness and cutting load.
